Structural Approach

By applying the four basic principles and the Seven Keys for Success of Kagan, you can implement cooperative learning strategies in your CL practice to better understand how interconnected the Structural Approach and team building are, enhancing your insights during professional development workshops.

Kagan Cooperative Learning

Kagan Cooperative Learning

Dr. Spencer Kagan and his colleagues have developed Kagan Cooperative Learning, a leading approach to cooperative learning strategies. Central to the Kagan approach are simple, yet powerful cooperative learning instructional strategies called Kagan Structures, such as Numbered Heads Together, Timed Pair Share, RallyRobin, and Quiz-Quiz-Trade. Kagan Structures are implemented worldwide across all grade levels to enhance student engagement and foster effective learning.
